my v3t ?
i noticed that here on phonescoop it says the video length is only limited by the memory. but when i do a video it's only around the usual 15-20 seconds , and it varies its anywhere between those times before it stops itself . help ? 🤨

help on what??? If your talking on video lenght then buy a memory card.

I have the same problem with my v3t, I'm thinking the feature is being locked out or something by T mobile. I noticed other features that my old unlocked razr had that the v3t doesn't. I know this doesn't help but it may explain things.
