How do I connect my wireless bluetooth headset

Very frustrated, got this phone yesterday and I can't seem to find how to pair my wireless bluetooth headset, I have a Nokia 9100 headset which is version 2.0 anytime I try pairing it it keep saying it can't find it..please help!!
