I emailed Nokia and they said they have no clue and are looking into it... this phone is definitely for "BAMF's" (ive been listening to too much Dane Cook lately..) and it rocks the house, but whats with these minor drawback glitches..?? I would kill to have GPS on this phone, but ROUTE 66 sux, cause you need to buy maps at a time for $$ each time and put it on a bunch of data cards, so um, wayfinder is awesome in comparison if ...

i'm thinkin of gettin this phone but saw the same thing on wayfinder.com..nokia just announced a software upgrade due out mid sept..maybe that will do the trick?

yea, im hoping that will in fact do the trick... only problem is i already own the phone obviously... and im kinda nervous that maybe since its for an "n80i" instead of just a firmware upgrade, will the new software just be included in the new phone only? or will i be able to update the software for my N80 as well!? GoD I HoPe I cAn GeT tHe SoFtwARE UpDatE for MY PHONE TOOOOO!!! 👀
