Nokia E70

E70-2 (Black) on Cingular with 3G

With new the New E70-2 on Cingular and Cingular using 3G, how is this going to work? Will be need a data plan? Once we see 3G by the reception bars on the phone, will we be able make calls, browse the net, etc...??

The E70-2 does not have 3G, so that coverage on Cingular is irrelevant, and will not display on the phone. The E70 has 3G, but it is in the European band. Also, cingular's data plans do not take cognizance of the actual type of data (EDGE, 3G, etc.); all plans are the same regardless of the data type of your phone.
