need help with a few Q things
ok i have the silver Q with the latest software update, which i hate, it reboots more now than ever but i need some help with this phone
1= how do i download (exactly) mp3 song to the phone/memory card??
2= i have several mpeg short movies, they wont play, only certain types, how do i convert them or what can i do????????????
3=can i put ringtons on the memory card and still use them in the sounds folder?????
i cant think of anything else right now, but thanks for your upcoming help!!!

#1- there is one of 2 ways downloading active sync or getting a USB card reader, or unless you computer come with the adapter needed to have the memory cards adapter work in it, then you go to start menu, and then my computer, then I think it's called removable file or file f or something like that double click on that. then pick whatever file you want your music to go into (I would pick the one that says my music) then copy and past from your computer to the card.
#2- I am not too sure, but I believe that you can convert the movies over in just standard windows media player, or I believe the Q can play mpeg movies, all you gotta do is same thing as above.
#3- no ringtones, better ones, you can use your mp3s as your ringtones add music to ...

I have songs on my computer but they are in ITUNES. Is there a way to convert them to MP3's so that I can get them onto the memory card and transform them into ringtones? The standard ringtones are driving me nuts and I don't want to get a new phone because I'm waiting for the RAZR 2 in July!

I don't know about ITUNES as far as I know they are only licensed to apple and cannot be converted due to the encryption I don't know all too much about that so I could be wrong, but that is my understanding

SO if I were to use MP3's....where do I get those and can you select a certain portion of the song for your ringtone or will it just start from the beginning of the song? Sorry,but all I ever used was I TUNES. I'll use something else if you can recommend it! THANKS!
