"SHHHH" says my moto Q
just wondering if this is just mine or this is all moto q and if its just me...how do i fix it!
when i run windows media player, or run any type of media on my phone, the volume is UBER quiet even on the loudest setting. it was almost convenient when i was in training class and i plugged my headset into it and music land, but when i want music to play, its just so quiet. i looked thru the settings for some sort of setting but didnt find anything. suggestions? thanks!

you need to adjust the earpiece volume from the home screen. just dial a number, and as soon as it connects, spin the scroll wheel up til it's at max volume.
then open your media player, and raise the volume there.
it's a weird bug - the main earpiece volume overrides everything - so if your earpiece is set at 50%, then even with media player at 100% it's actually only running at 50%.
