VCAST?
I just got a card in the mail today from Verizon.
They have a version of the VCast software available to install on the original Q.
supposed to be available on the following URL according to this mailer.
http://ota.getvzappzone.com »
that supposed to get you the vcast app.
only problem is I dont get wireless data coverage in the part of PA I live in so I have to try this from NJ tomorrow on my way into work.
I have it online now through the data cable and using activesync, but the wireless network apparently needs to see my phone as well, I guess its how they authenticate your a subscriber.
Right now the error I get is
"Subscriber does not exist"
I have 80$ of reasons I pay per month that say I do exist. Tomorrow I will install VCast....
