And Alison Hall the author know this

$#@%& HOW???

'camon! You all want to know when this phones going to come out???

When you see it in a Verizon store. Before that everything you read here, every tiny bit of speculation, every grasp at a fleeting moment of truth is all CRAP!

Get with the Verizonized program. NO PHONE FOR YOU!

I just want to puke!

This is just like the V710 release, and I got my Settlement too. I laughed as I watched it go into the shredder.

There has been much HYPE about this phone.

Allison Hall Posts an availability date of May 27th.

How is it possible that she is privy to inside information that Verizon hasn't even confirmed to their own staff and the mass media. I find it completely irresponsible that Ms. Hall would post this piece of information without a credible source. I expect you to post a follow-up verification of facts or a retraction of statement indicating an error.

A real journalist wouldn't vomit the spec sheet as a copy and paste article expecting to be anything more than a corporate parrot.
Your "Story" furthers nothing about what people are really interested in; that being why Verizon has delayed this phone 3-4 times. How it relates to other debacles...

As I stated in another post, a Verizon tech dude told me the end of May. I heard this within the last couple of days.

My v710 broke in half this weekend (don't ask). I am on the phone RIGHT NOW with a Verizon rep named James. He told me the Q is "under exclusive contract with Cingular," and that "Cingular will "debug" the phone for 6 months, afterwhich VZW will make the phone available to their customers."

This is pretty hilarious, right? CINGULAR!!??!

I asked him if he was sure, because I thought it was not even a GSM phone. James said oh no, he was sure.

Somebody at VZW is laughing hysterically at all the hype/anticipation for the Q. They are staring at the release date thinking, "next I'm going to tell some dumb caller that the Q will feature a pop-out beard trimmer on select models."
