probably lack of touch screen, probably freezes like all the other windows devices(namely the 700) or the fact that eventhough you have wndows mobile you can not edit word or excel documents straight from the headset, or the fact it feels really odd in your hand because it is so wide for being so thin. Other than that it has the best display i have ever seen on any phone device, i watched a music video on it and couldn't beleive how clear the picture and sound was. I hope this thing kicks ass because it has the looks. Just a little nervice about the price.
