ok its a SMART phone and the keypad don't even light up? WTF
ok is it me or does the keys on this phone not light up? maybe to some this is not a big deal but its a must for me.. this is sad if its true because this phone has everything else I wanted

Been with verizon for a long time, always pay bills on time and have two lines. That said, I called them and expressed my dissatisfaction with my E815 which I got in August. I then bought a xv6700 at retail, hated it. But in the mean time I sold my e815 on ebay for $165 which I got for free at sale price back then. So now I'm stuck with no phone to use. I pushed Verizon CS to let me early upgrade in the store. So I went in the store and picked out the RAZR on the 16th. I hate it... Plan on returning it on the 30th (within 15 day window) Called CS and told them my troubles with the RAZR. I had them note my account that I will be returning the RAZR and then await for the Q on the 31st. Might order it online, or wait for 6-5 release i...

funny. while workng for VZW, I thought I heard it all...till today. What a deal on the Q! 199.99 is the price w/2y contract! U think UR getting over? Bud - Go ahead and buy out of the gate - I've got 3 pages of tech notes on the RAZR. How many do U think the Q will have, hmm? love MOTO but I'm smart enough to know when I buy a e815 and RAZR - and they dont meet expectations - well, if it quacks like a duck..............I had so much more to say, but decorum forced me to delete it.
