how to tell if I have the newer software?
How could I tell if I have the newer software? My phone has been great so far. Only had it go to a blank screen once and had to take out the battery (hope I dont jinx myself! 😉 ) Just curious how to make sure I have the newest software.

I just got my phone directly from Verizon a few days ago, its has the latest firmware/software.
Here is my version information, if you match this then your up to date.

OS 5.1.195 (Build 14960.2.4.0)

If you dont match this then you need to get the latest software update from Verizon or motorola
Just google it if you cant find it.
If your not sure how to do it then go to
a Verizon store and let them do it.
If you dont do it right, you could end up turning your Q into a brick.
