Verizon has expensive voice+data plans, but best coverage (depending on where you live)

print has better voice+data plan pricing, but not as good of signal coverage (depending where you live)
T-Mobile, well as long as you stay well within a major metro area you should be ok.

Signal of all carriers is pretty good for all in Newark, but in Milford Sprint and Verizon are the only ones that work.
