The highs of the phone are the screen quality and clarity as well it uses the verizon user interface

there is no point in having the same ui on all phones if there is no difference! You might as well buy a crappy samsung.
Just wait there is many outstanding phones just around the corner from Nokia for Verizon especially after the joint venture between Nokia and Sanyo for the CDMA market.

As far as Verizon is concerned it is a high point they have been asking for this for a while and Nokia finally gave in. It makes it easier for your typical sales rep in the store to show a prospective customer how to use features.
The Nokia 6265 is a much nicer phone IMHO.
