I asked that same question before I ordered it yesterday. Both my co workers at the Tmo retail store tell me since it has mobile Internet Explorer, it should support full HTML web browsing, unless someone here can explain otherwise.

Yes - It shows basically what IE would show - except all the plugins, i.e. Flash etc.
The color and this screen is awesome and I have more fun surfing on the phone than I do on my computer, haha
