First off, you need to either change it from NORMAL to OUTSIDE, the latter of the two being louder, if not, here's what you gotta do.
Where it says PROFILE in on the homescreen of the phone, click the profile, and hit the right softkey. that brings up MENU, where you then select EDIT. That gives you a wide selection of things to do, and changing ringtone volume is an option.
