Bluetooth Problem - need help :(

Hi Guys,

I have no problem when I need to send a file to another bluethooth phone. But I cannot do it vice versa. It just fails with a message device did not respond. I then tried to send a file from my laptop and I get "OBEX File Push Profile" installed. What the heck is that? I don't know what I am doing wrong...Thanks in advance..

In the Owner's Manual, the SDA Windows media player should also play MP4 files as well as AAC (Apple iTunes) format, but when I attempt to pay these, I get an error the format is not acceptable. What am I doing wrong?
