HTC SDA (USA) / SP5m (Tornado)

My phone is set to vibrate, then ring. Within the last two weeks, the (Mystic) ringtone sounds very distorted. When I go into Sounds and listen to the different ringtones, they all sound normal. I have switched to the T-Mobile ringtone and it sounds fine, but when I try to switch back to Mystic, it is distorted again. Could the file be corrupt? Are there different files to select the ringtone (Mystic sounds fine in the selection menu) from the actual ringtone file?
Also, music sounds perfect when played through the speaker.

is there a way to turn off the list of names, that appear at the bottom when dialing a number?

where can i get the TomTom software for this phone, i saw in another post how to install it but not where to get it.

I just recieved my SDA from T-Mobile. So far I haven't been able to turn off the two blinking lights above the display. Is there a way to keep these two lights from blinking all the time (i.e. when the phone is in idle and i'm not using it)?

Can you search for a contact by name? When I start typing numbers, different contacts are shown - but by their phone numbers, not their names. When I use the joystick to scroll down, the alphabet, D E F G scroll in large letters, but when I release the joystick, I am right back where I started (contact list does not jump to letter shown).
What am I doing wrong?

CAN THE SDA HAVE MP3 RINGTONES AND CUSTOMIZED WALLPAPER?

I have used my SDA with the stereo headset/mic that came with the device from T-Mobile. Today, the phone would only work with the headset. Typically, if the profile is set to automatic, it switches between Headset and Normal depending on whether the headset is plugged in or not. Even when I set the profile to normal (no headset plugged in), I get no audio from the device speaker. People cannot hear me nor can hear them unless I plug the headset in. Speakerphone does not work either.
Anyone else seen this? Help!

Ok, can't seem to find the answer to this one. Is there a way to change the font of size of the text and info on the incoming call screen so that it is not soooooooo small? Thanks

I've got bad eye sight and was wondering how I can increase the font size within the web browser of the SDA? Or if it's even possible.

Does anyone have an Animated today screen? If so what are you using to get it to work?

The music playah on the SDA is the bomb. 😉

Syncing with Windows Media Playah is simple and easy - transferring music to the phone took less than a minute.

I would like to run the SDA on Cingular.
They are fairly cheap on ebay and have wifi that the 2125 (Cingular's version) does not.

What would it take to get this phone working on Cingular's network?

I just recently purchased an SDA but it did not come pre loaded with word/excel like the MDA. Anyone have a link to DL it to the phone?

Would Like Information on how to change the color scheme on the sda it originally comes with the defualt blue color scheme and guava bubbles red color scheme would like to know how can insert othre colors such as black and what not

Does anyone know of a 2.5mm to 3.5mm Stereo converter? I'm trying to use a FM Transmiter to broadcast my music, but there are two problems. One, it turns out mono, and two it's so faint you can barely hear it!

Any ideas?
