MOBILE BEE WILL BE RELEASING THIS PHONE ON APRIL 1, 2006. They're selling it for $399.99 unlocked. U can watch it on CES at http://reviews.cnet.com/Motorola_ROKR_E2_blac k/4505-6454_7-31660610.html?autoplay=true. (Copy & paste in browser if needed). On the video review, senior editor Kent German accidentally blurts out the carrier that will sell the phone. So, expect this phone to be provided by the Cingular service guys. Can't wait!!!!! 😁

my b. mobile bee is at www.mobilebee.com. Check it out 4 urself. Rokr e2. They have the lowest prices. If u find a lower price elsewhere, they ask that u tell them where so they can lower their price.

I'm also pretty sure that this will be released on Cingular, as I have mentioned in my previous posts. However, I do not believe that it will be released within the next few weeks.
Mobilebee states that the availability periods are estimated. The reason why it seems to be April 1, is because Phonescoop and other sites said that ROKR E2 will come out in Q1 2006, thus April 1st the latest. However, if you read Motorola's website they state first half of 2006. Meaning Q1 or Q2. My guess would be late Q2. Moto always releases its phones later than they advertise on their site.
Plus when they actually come out the price will be less than what Mobilebee is charging, as you will be able to buy it with a contract at a discount (option, unavailabl...

I called Motorola like 3 days ago. They said it would come out in June. Asked for a specific date and they couldn't give me an exact. Asked and was weary to tell me but it should be comming out wit Cingular. I saw an article online that said June 2.

I have been contacting both Motorola and Cingular throughout July... Motorola signed me up on there site to leave questions and comments and get "answers" I use that very loosely!!! It's coming to Cingular but When I mentioned the first part of July release date they went in and retracted it on the rokr e2 pages (web and pdf) and left the "first quarter of '06'" That was yesterday.... I don't mean to speculate but I have a feeling the two companies are sqwabbling over price or something!!! Lol yeah. When I called Moto the last time in July, they didn't even know a release month. In May, they would atleast tell me June. Now I get the same ol IDK. Then I read someone in a forum (I can't find the source) say that it's due Q1 2007. Now I'm goin F-it and move to the Sony Ericsson w810i until the e2 releases. Now, when I say F-it, I read a post in the Cingular forum (http://forums.cingular.com/cng/board/message ?board.id=motorola&message.id=70463&query.id= 25089#M70463) that says "The Motorola ROKR E2 is coming out for Cingular in August". Now, I'm being pulled left and right. Cingular reps have called their agents and the agent says he's heard of it but has no idea of any more info. Betcha they'll release it jus in time for ...
