i-Mate/ O2 / QTEK ?

I'm interested to buy an i-Mate JAMin phone, it seems pretty cool. However, what is the difference between the phone labeled i-Mate JAMin, O2 XDA Neo or QTEK S200? it's confusing really since all those have the same set of features!!!
