Does this phone use a SIM Card cuz i dont wanna pay the 135.00 on contract when its a C-Note online.... to you know switch out the prepaid sim for my contract.....

I am also wondering if you can take the SIM from an existing account phone and put it into the gophone version of this phone? The cingular rep said no, the software is different, but someone on ebay (selling the gophone) says you can. Has anyone done this?

Yes you can do this. Cingular is going to say no because they want you to buy the phone or upgrade to it.. not buy the go phone for cheaper then use it...
