LG VX-3400 / 3450 / UX-210

The battery on my 11 month old LG VX4650 needs replacing. My company would rather give me a "free" VX3400 than pay $30 for a new VX4650 battery! I love my VX4650! Features look similar, although the 4650 has the "honkin" speaker on the front.

I'm leaning towards just getting my own battery.....any thoughts?
