PUK Disabled & Card Blocked???
ok well i just got my phone two days ago and am still exploring around, and i wanted to change my pin number from the eight 0's to something more personal. It told me to enable something, so i did....and then it kinda froze up a little. i tried to take out the Sim and put it back in and turn it back on, then this message would pop up saying PUK Disabled; Card Blocked. And the only thing I can possibly do with it now is call for SOS which is an emergency line...but i dont need that. I love this phone and really need it back! someone help meeee!!!! 😕

you need to go to an AT&T corporate store & get another sim card. then your phone will work fine again.
