This phone is available through the Cingular Premier channel. If your company has an employee program with them, you can log in and buy the phone but its treated the same as any other new plan or upgrade- i.e. a 2-yr agreement or renewal and then $49 (some may be more or less) for the phone.
You can use this by entering your company email on the Cingular home page, where is checks the email domain and sends an email to your company email with a link back to the premier site if you are eligible. You need to provide your wireless number and account number if you are a current Cingular customer.
