Does W810i Keypad Work OK...?????

I keep wanting to be seriously interested in this phone but the couple of times I've handled it in a store the keypad really gets my attention.

It seems awfully small to really be easy to use........

they are small, but they are also raised up and have adequate space between them. i really don't have any problems with it except in the winter when i'm wearing gloves.
