Dead phone
When I hold the power button in, the screen fully lights up all white then goes off... I can't get it to fully power on.. tried different batteries, tried my battery in another phone powers fine. Any ideas than the dreaded warranty process?

Has anyone else bought one of these off of wireless_experts on ebay? I need to do a warranty on my phone but I wasn't sure if I do it through them, or sony ericsson. These dudes aren't even replying to me, I've sent about 4 emails asking the process of what I need to do but no reply. Has anyone had to do a warranty yet? Or maybe just know the common path you need to take when doing a warranty on a phone purchased from ebay? Thanks in advance!
