unable to open battery cover
Has anyone tried opening the battery cover (after you have already put in the SIM card and battery)? It seems next to impossible to open it.

Place three flat fingers over the battery cover and your thumb over the charging port while holding the screen facing the floor. Push with the thumb and pull with the fingers at the same time and you should have no problems. And make sure you hold it with both hands though...
