Screen dimming question
I picked up the 810 from Cingular yesterday. The phone is great -- camera, EDGE, music. It's all pretty good.
One issue though, the screen dims after just a few seconds and then goes black. I don't think there is a way to extend it. Plus there is no status light so you have no idea if its on or not once the screen goes black.
Anyone found a way around this?

The screen goes black if you dont have a screensaver set. When it does go to screensaver (or black in your case) press the star key to exit.

Just got my phone a few days ago and I must say this "feature" is very annoying. Usually you have the option to set how long you want the backlight on. I know it's meant to save the battery, but 3-4 seconds is too fast.
Any suggestions on how to change this?
