One simple question about this phone...
I've never owned a candybar-style phone before and am just curious about how it can differ from a flip phone. With a flip, I just close the phone up, and don't really have to worry about the small buttons on the side of the phone being pressed.
How easy is it to lock and unlock the keypad on this particular phone?
...
I find it simple to lock the phone but I'm being purely subjective. The "how" works like this: press the asterisk key just below the number 7 key first. Then press the top of the right selection key (it looks like a dash or hyphen). That's how you lock it and you repeat the same action in the same order to unlock it. Couldn't be easier. You don't have to worry about pressing side keys with this phone. One is a volume adjustment, another is a shutter key for taking pictures that only becomes active while in that function, the last being a play/pause button while using the Walkman feature. None of these are buttons will cause you a headache if you buy this phone.

There is also an automatic key lock that you can enable. It will lock your keys after 10-15 seconds. If you are going to forget a lot, then use this feature. Or if you can remember, just lock it yourself.
Enjoy the phone!!

Actually, I overlooked the automatic key lock option. That's probably the easiest method to manage against accidental calling. Thanks for your input cm8023.
