External display turns white

I posted a message about my Nokia 6126 freezing on me for the first time. Well, the screen turns white and it turned white recently while I turned it back on again after turning it off. The inside display showed up just fine. What would I have to do in order to exchange it? I have Cingular and I'm not a person on the account.

is there any chance that you had a wallpaper set from a micro sd chip, that you removed? because if you remove the chip, you have to reset anything like wallpapers and ringtones.

hope thats the case...an easy fix. if not, you may have a bigger prob.

I don't have a microSD card for this phone. I have not downloaded anything such as ringtones and wallpapers. I have only used it so far to take pictures. I do not want to use any of the other features until I get a warranty replacement.
