my Nokia 6133 shuts off everytime i wanna send a pic...

ahhh it's sooo frustrating...i wanna send a pic to somebody or to my email account and it just shuts off.....can anybody tell me why...or help me out..... 👿 🤨

do a master reset.....
or reset device...
it worked for a few of us with cingular 6126s.
the nokia default code is 12345.

It sounds like a defective phone. I would exchange it if you are within the 30 day exchange period.

If I do a master reset will I lose all my graphics and tones? It took me hours to get them onto the phone!
