FLASHING 6131?????
I have an unlocked 6131 and I use CINGULAR, what does "Flashing" a mobile phone mean and how can I do it?

A flash is putting new firmware (software) on the phone. The newest version of the 6131's firmware is v5.50. You can tell what version you have by entering *#0000# on your keypad.
Right now, the only truely reliable way is to have a professional flash your phone. I just had Evan at iunlock.com do mine.
If your phone works fine on Cingular, than IMO, don't bother to flash it.
