Nokia 6126 / 6131 / 6133

Does anyone else have this problem? I've had my 6131 for about a week now and the phone itself is GREAT. The battery life has gotten better with each charge, and I use my phone for everything! For example, today, it's 9:30 p.m. here right now and I've had it on since 7:30 this morning, and it still has a full charge! HOWEVER, when I go to tones and check them out, they are quite loud and clear. But when I use them for the ring tone and/or message alert tones, they do this "ascending thing", eventhough I have it set to "ringing" and not "ascending". It's very frustrating! I want my phone to be loud like it is before they are actually used. Does anyone know if the 5.5 firmware fixes this? My firmware right now is 3.72.
