HTC 3125 / Smartflip / 8500 (Star Trek)
Wrong Number
OK this is really bothering me more all the time. I have had my same number for years and now ever since I purchased the 3125 I am getting bombarded with wrong number calls. I called Cingular and they have no clue as to what it could be and just want to change my number but that is a hassle for me.
No one is making calls from my number but me as I have checked my call logs. But man I am getting 10-15 wrong numbers a day and at all hours. Most of the callers are not of the brainiac mindset either.
I asked Cingular if it could be a network issue or sim card issue but all I get from them is basically we will just change your number.

I'm getting more wrong number calls than I used to also. When someone calls for the pizza man, I go ahead and take their order. I will bet they are upset when the pizza isn't delivered. LOL.

My guess is that although rare, is that a new business (popular one) that delivers food has a number that is very close to yours. When the wrong number dialers call do they say who or what they are looking for? If so, that might be the key to unraveling your wrong number calls.
