Voice Tag Problem
The manual says: "To make a call or launch a program using the voice tag; 1. On the Home screen, press and hold the VOLUME down button on the left side of the phone for two seconds. 2. After a "beep" sound, sat the recorded voice tag that you have assigned to the phone number you want to call or the program you want to launch. The phone plays back the voice tag and then dials or launches the associated program."
When I hold the down side of the volume button down, all that happens is the volume screen is displayed and the volume is lowered one tick. No beep. I have gone ahead and said a voice tag "Calendar"... phone does nothing.

On the left side the 2 upper buttons control the "Earpiece volume". Contrary to the manual, press and holding either of them does not alter their function .. still Volume controls.
On my phone, the other button (I call it the POC button) on the left side below the two volume controls does NOT launch the Comm Manager like the manual claims. What it does is launch the Voice Tag on a normal press and Voice Notes on a press and hold.
I don't recall ever seeing anything in the settings to alter these buttons.

Would be good to change some of the exterior buttons... will look into that after learn all the standard goodies. My first smart phone, so a lot to learn! Having a blast! Glad this forum and the other you referenced are available to help.
