vibrate and ring at same time?

Hi, I am thinking about getting this phone. Can someone tell me if it has the option to vibrate for a few seconds and then ring? Or if it can vibrate and ring at the same time?

Yes you can, it vibrates for 1 sec 3 times then rings.

It also has the option to viberate and ring at the same time.

Pretty standard features.
