Motorola V195 / V197

Available for Cingular?

I've read on a few random sites that this phone will also be available for Cingular. Can anyone confirm this or provide more details? If so, is there an estimated release date and will it be the silver version if T-Mobile is getting the blue one?

It won't go to Cingular - the v190 is headed Cingular way, and there's too many other phones with features like the 195 for it to show up on Cingular.
