Help me get my Phonebook to Sim card

I have a t509 and i cracked the screen so i can't read anything. I am trying to copy my phonebook to the simcard, but without being able to read the screen, i'm kinda screwed. Samsung sells a cable for $80.00, but i was wondering if any of you other t509 users could help me out and give me a walk through of how to do it. What buttons to press, how many times to scroll down, etc. I won't be able to see anything, but i'll take any help i can get. Thanks a lot.

press down and you are already at the menu. go down one because the first is 411 and its already on your sim. press the center button, the left key (not the left on D-pad), press 4, press down 1 then press OK.
