Recover hw 6945 GPS program
I deleted the GPS program via ActiveSync. I moved my maps to a simm but the program did not find them. I thought I would have to re-install the GPS program. So I deleted it on the phone. Well, I can't find it on my Getting Started CD. Or at least I don't recognize it. Can someone help me get that program back so I can use my GPS? HP is no help. I bought a refurb unlocked and they don't recognize me as the 2nd owner.

My US hw6940 came with Microsoft Pocket Streets 2006 (build 13.0.09.0100). It must be on the ROM because after doing a hard reset it was still there. The hard reset will clear out all your customization and user data and user programs - backup what you need first. I think some non-US hw69xx came packaged with TomTom - lucky folk.
