I have read many recent comments indicating that this phone is not available. Here is a screen shot from Cingular's Premiere site. A quick call to Cingular revealed that due to low quantity they have not made it available to all subscribers yet.

it is, but depending on whom you speak with they 50/50 tell you it is not available in 'your' area (yeah i live in ny and la, huge markets, how can they be available to me half the time?).
it is $409 without the $40 unlimited dataplan (on top of a $50 voiceplan) and the rebate they give if you sign up to pay that $600/year for unlimited data is only $50 dropping it to $359. luckily the wifi will negate the data plan for most of us.
i am gonna order it friday, no unlimited data plan though.
