Anyone bought or using Jitterbug?
I am thinking about getting this for my 77 year old mom. Any feed back from someone who made the plunge. How is is working?

Be careful! I purchased one for my mother for christmas. I was told it would ship that day arrive in 2 days and it took over 7 days to receive it. I was told I would receive a gift card (although the customer service agent was unsure of the value) to give to my mother for christmas due to the late shipping. I received a card saying I had purchased the phone with 0 $$ value. The phone arrived late and did not have a local number. They said in order to find out if I could obtain a local number would take 45 days, however the return policy is 30 days. The hold time for customer service was over 20 minutes and I had to make multiple calls to get a Return Authorization number. I now have to pay for one months service and the shipping for t...

Now there is a better alternative on the market called the Just 5. It’s got the big buttons for easy dialing and the selling point for me was the SOS button feature. The phone allows you to program up to 4 numbers which are connected to the SOS button on the back of the phone. In the event of an emergency you can press the SOS button and the phone will automatically begin dialing the 4 numbers you have preset (like 911 or your doctor, etc..)until someone answers. When they do answer, the phone automatically goes into speakerphone mode so you can communicate quickly and get the help you might need. Also, when the SOS button is activated, an alarm sounds to let those around you know you need help. The buttons are big, the perfect size act...
