So I just bought it today. I can't get Bitpim to access it via bluetooth but I can get my audio gateway to connect to it.
1. Can anyone please recommend any software that I can use to access the phone similar to Bitpim?
2. I heard someone mention that you can email ringers to the phone. So bring up my hotmail and email what email address?

As far as the e-mailing part, you e-mail them to your10digitcellnumber@vzwpix.com.

So when I email the mp3 as a file attachment it should just pop up on my phone?

It will come in as a pix message, open it, then choose "options", then "save sound".
