I'm considering making the switch from cingular to verizon. This is the only phone that really catches my eye in terms of features. Verizon does not mention many of the features stated in the phonescoop specifications including the business card reader, voice regonition, and speech-to-text dictation. Can any A990 owners tell me for a fact if verizon's version of this phone does indeed include these features?

It does have all those features. Plus it offers VZ navigator which will alleviate the need to buy a hand held nav device. If you are in area where Verizon is strong than the switch is a no brainer. The phone is awesome.

The more I think about it Verizon makes more sense to have in my area, though I'm still repulsed by their user interface and the fact that they're data nazis. I hate being nickeled and dimed.
