Samsung SCH-A990
Same ol' problems as 970
Hope someone can help me here. I'm having the same old problems with the 990 as I had with the 970. Sometimes I wish it was LG who made the 990 and then I'd know everything would work.
Anyhow, I can't get music to work on it. Am encoding it at 128kbps in wmv format. Plays about 6 secs of the song and then skips to next track. Is there a setting in this phone to make it mp3 compatible? I would appreciate it if someone could tell me how I would do that. Have looked at the service menu and it's not there.
Have encoded a movie for it in 3g2 format and it doesn't load in the pix folder. Just freezes with the file name and then shuts down. Same thing that the 970 did but I was able to have the 970 play 15 min clips. I'm going to ...
