PROBLEM WITH PIX EDITOR
ok when i open the a pic i sent to the phone from my computer, it says UNSUPPORTED PIX FILE, why would that say that, some say it and some doesnt?? anybody else having this problem??? thanks

Had the same problem.
My solution:
1) Open picture
2) Copy picture
3) Open Microsoft Paint
4) Paste picture
5) Save picture
6) Put picture on phone

i have gotton unsupported pix file messages too when trying to open a picture to view it. it should be displayed as a thumbnail question mark. i then did those steps to make it a supported file and it should be able to work in pix editor.
and the only way that i got these problems were from pics not taken from my phone.
so it could be dimensions that are your problem. not sure of this but just throwing out possibilities. if those steps didn't make it viewable or able to edit pics, then i dunno.
also be sure what extension it has and if it is compatible with your phone. (i.e. .tiff, .jpg)
