A problem with my 2.5mm headset

I bought a 2.5mm headset from ebay and use the usb2jack adapter in the RAZR package to connect the headset to RAZR. Everything is fine expect that sometimes it generates annoying noise especially after a call.

Does anyone have similar experience and how to solve it?
