On November 12, T-Mobile will launch Content Control, an add-on feature that filters GPRS and EDGE Internet access on our network to adult-themed (over 1đ WAP and HTML Web sites on a handset.
Content Control is based on an initiative led by the Cellular Telecommunications & Internet Association (CTIA) and restricts unauthorized access to adult-themed material by minors on their phone/device, without the consent of the primary account holder. This functionality is required to meet CTIA standards for limiting access by underage customers to objectionable content.
