Battery meter?

My battery meter goes from 6 to 4 to 2 to 0. It skips over 5,3 and 1. Is that the way it is suppose to be or do I have a defective phone/battery?

Your phone/batt is fine. All Motos that I have had do the same thing. The numbers 2, 4, 6 sort of correspond to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd bars in your little battery meter icon. What you're experiencing is completely normal.
