Software needed for a standard mini-USB cable?
When the Default USB connection is set to Memory Card, phone appears as a generic drive, but Windows says to insert a disk. The phone does not (yet) have a memory card, so maybe that's the answer?
When the Default USB is set to Data/Fax connection, Windows see it as a V365 but needs to install software, and none is found.
Basically, all I want to do with the USB is download photos (not email them to myself!), and maybe upload a custom ringtone (if supported).
If all this is detailed in the meager manual, I can't find it.

I'll probably get a card eventually, but does anyone know a link for free/cheap tools?
(Motorola's tools seem to be $30 or $40 depending on if you want with a USB cable. Possibly worth it, since IIRC one of the features is to act as a dial-up modem. But don't need yet another bundled image editor, sound editor, etc.)
