i work for a certain phone company that will be releasing this phone very soon. i am soooo excited about it and want to get it so bad that i am willing to shell out the $650 + tax to get get my grubby little hands on it. (employees don't get a discount on phones like you consumers) now don't you feel lucky? 😉 anyway, i talked to my in house technician about holding the first one that we get into inventory. she quickly told me that i couldn't get one myself until all the demands were met for it in our area. 😢 after a couple of day of moaping around like I've been stood up on prom night, i have come to terms with the fact that i cannot get it at a "corporate" store. That makes no sense, You can order it in another persons name, That is if you are paying full retail that is why you are paying $650 I suppose. have someone you know order it with their credit card and give them that cash. All you have to so is activate it online on your account.

your right. i can get it, but i just cant get it at a corporate store. i have to get it from treo on line. the company tracks stuff like that. if a esn is bought at a corporate store and is on my account, it sends a red flag, unfortunately, that they check. it sucks man. i just have to wait a little bit more to get it, thats all.
