Does anyone know if you can use blootooth stereo headset with the music player? 😳

Out of the box you can't use the stereo bluetooth headset with the music player.
There is a program that you can download which will put the proper bluetooth profile on the phone so that you can play music through bluetooth.
I don't remember the exact name of the program, but if you go to www.palmgear.com and search for A2DP. That should bring up the program.
They have a listing of headsets that they have tested so far and have found to be compatible with the program.
Best part is that is has a free trial period.

this phone has BT 1.2. I was under the impression that for a phone to properly support A2DP, it would have to have BT 2.0.

You are absolutely right that a phone is supposed to have bluetooth 2.0 to have stereo bluetooth and have the A2DP profile built in.
The software that i mentioned is able to add just the A2DP profile. I'm not sure how they did it because as far as I knew that wasn't possible. But they did it and it seems to be working from what i saw.
It's kind of like putting a bluetooth adapter on a non bluetooth phone. It will work with the headset, but not as well as a phone that has bluetooth built in.
I think that the program will have some issues that may take a software update or 2 to fix, but it is a cool idea.
